Our collection of 10 Pennsylvania Adventure Series Lizard Maps opens up a massive swath of territory that includes public land across 10 State Forests. From just below the NY border you can explore south to Rothrock State Forest and continue to Michaux State Forest and the Maryland state line. Follow the Mason-Dixon line west to Forbes State Forest on the Ohiopyle-Laurel Highlands Map and then head to northwestern PA and explore Cook and Clear Creek Forests.
"Getting lost and finding your way again is part of the adventure...if you are following a red line on a screen all those opportunities don't exist, they're sort of taken away." Elspeth Beard, the first British woman to travel the world by motorbike.
From North to South: Loyalsock-Worlds End Lizard Map, Pine Creek Lizard Map, Moshannon-Quehanna Lizard Map, Rothrock Lizard Map, Raystown Lizard Map, Bald Eagle Lizard Map, Michaux Lizard Map and the Ohiopyle-Laurel Highlands Lizard Map.
Purchased separately this collection is $171.00
There are thousands of miles of trails and backroads waiting for you, so be sure to request some time off from work; all these maps will make you a bit antsy to get out and explore. The Pennsylvania Adventure Pack also makes a great gift for your fellow adventures, or perhaps as a not-so-subtle hint for your couch potato friends to remind them there is life beyond the remote control.
Looking for ideas to explore our PA maps? Check out the PA Fall Adventure Guide and the other downloadable Lizard Adventure Guides that accompany each map, and be sure to look through the blog archives for our hikes and ride stories.
Health warning: continued use of these maps may result in an inability to stay indoors and a sudden criticism of traffic. Your skin may become covered with dust and dirt. Mild confusion will make it difficult to relate time and distance, which may alter your definition of weather. There is a potential for all of these side effects to occur simultaneously and without warning. That's why we are warning you now.

Just like two days off are better than one, two Lizard Maps are better than one!
Our Dolly Sods-Seneca Rocks and the Elkins - Otter Creek Lizard Maps cover the northern tier of Monongahela National Forest. These two maps are designed to work together, they are the same scale and overlap by an inch to help you transition east to west. And west to east, because once you dive into these amazing back roads you won't want to stop exploring!
In addition to both West Virginia Lizard Maps we'll include one of our Lizard 75 stickers - this is the Forest Service road sign for the dirt road across the high plateau of Dolly Sods Wilderness, also called the 'Road across the Sky'. When you get there you'll understand why.
Check out this blog on exploring the northern tier to get an idea of what's out there. And this is just a tiny bit!

Most of our Lizard Maps are available rolled, suitable for framing or just thumbtacking on your walls. The size is 24 x 36 inches, which is a standard poster frame. You can find these in many stores in many styles, from cheap plastic to expensive gilded gold frames with glare proof glass. We suggest you split the difference and find one that works for you!
Our flat maps have also been drizzled in layers of polyurethane on tabletops, made into pleated dresses, sewn onto bags and packs, and duct taped on camper ceilings. Send us pictures of how you use yours!
Some of our maps overlap in an offset pattern, and some edge match in a North-South or East west orientation. If you have the open wall acreage you can get two copies and match 'em up.
Shipping is a flat rate of $9.00 in a US Postal Service map tube, it will be $9 for one rolled map or a dozen.
NOTE: We do not have any Cook Forest or Bald Eagle Lizard Maps available rolled at this time.
