Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order within 24-72 hours around standard business days (Monday-Friday) unless otherwise noted (ex. Pre-Sales). If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within 72 hours we will let you know via email or phone, depending on what you provided us. If you need your map or other product sent overnight, or have any special requirements, please send an email inquiry to info@purplelizard.com or call 814-876-2363.


All Purple Lizard maps are available flat (rolled up, unfolded) suitable for framing in a corporate lobby or just nailing to a cabin wall. The map cost is the same, but shipping varies. E-mail info@purplelizard.com for specifics on shipping costs for rolled maps.

Privacy

We do not share, sell or otherwise release your contact info under any circumstances. What happens on purplelizard.com stays on purplelizard.com.  If you check the box telling us you want to be included in our marketing, what that really means is you will get an email when we release new maps or have something really fun to tell you about. Returns/Refund 

The terms and conditions of items purchased on-line from Purple Lizard are very simple. You buy it, we ship it to you, and then you own it. We don’t do returns because it isn’t worth the effort – we don’t sell any item that costs more than 20 bucks. We don’t promise our stuff will work forever, even though people are still using our first edition maps from 1997 – that’s pretty good, huh? If you end up with any of our products that you feel is defective, please let us know and we will work something out. What that means is completely up to us. If you have a question, comment, compliment or complaint, by all means let us know. We want you to be a happy lizard!
