About These Maps
Four overlapping Lizard Maps. One massive swath of continuous public land with outstanding outdoor recreation to explore.
The Central PA Lizard 4-Pack features four connected Purple Lizard Maps: Pine Creek, Bald Eagle, Rothrock and Raystown. Together, these maps cover six State Forests, a bunch of State Game Lands and the massive chunk of land and water that is the Army Corps of Engineers’ Pennsylvania crown jewel: Raystown Lake.
From just below the New York border in Wellsboro, PA, you can explore south to Raystown Lake, with Bald Eagle and Rothrock in the middle to keep you extra busy.
These maps overlap and connect by road, trail and water. You can drive, ride and hike from one map to the next. The Mid State Trail runs across all four maps.
